J.M. Steele Art Opening - June 9th Art Walk

Oregon coast oil painter, J.M. Steele, will be having a one person showing at Brian Scott's "Exotic Woods Gallery" during the Brookings Art Walk, Saturday June 9th - June 21st.

Steele hasn't had a one person show in Curry County for 3 years: "I will be featuring my newest work along with a series I call, 'A Painting a Day' ", Steele, said. "For the past 3 months I have been creating a painting a day, this is a fun series of smaller works, very spontaneous and painted with fluid brushwork and thick juicy paint.... I will have dozens of new paintings of every type of subject matter."

Please join us for the artist's reception & refreshments, Sat. June 9th from 4:00-7:00 Enjoy live music performed by the award winning and talented Rogue River Jam. Folk musicians Sharon Guinn, Jan Burris, and Dave (Scissorhands) will be playing during the reception.
